Dictation

Hi, are you the librarian? Could you help me check out this book? What is there resent a bar code or RFID tag? 
I don't know if this is fiction or nonfiction. It doesn't show in the online catalogue either.

It supposed to open Monday to Saturday from 10 to 6 so I decided to see the new library for myself.
