- As usual, practise by yourself and then with a partner.
- Create an Audioboom recording.
- Read this, and in groups, try to figure out what the investments mean in Canada.
- Revise the above role play, making it more Canadian.
- Then create another recording.
- Copy out the list of 10 reasons for investing in Bitcoin. Discuss with a partner and rank the reasons in order of importance to you.

An IRA is an account set up at a financial institution that allows an individual to save for retirement with tax-free growth or on a tax-deferred basis. Bonds are loans, or IOUs, but you serve as the bank.
A Credit Default Swap (CDS) is a type of contract that offers a guarantee against the non-payment of a loan.
A Money Market Account is a type of savingsaccount that usually earns a higher amount of interest than a basic savings account.
