The process for sponsoring family members to Canada

If you are a Canadian citizen or a permaneant resident, you can bring your  families to canada.

You ought to finish the application on CIC  website by filling out some forms.

When your application is accepted,  all that you can do is to wait.

If everything goes well,  your families will get their visas after a few months.

If your application is refused, you can  appeal with the IRB within 30 days.

IAD member will consider the appeal.

Maybe the appeal will be sent to Altemative Dispute Resolution.

If CIC still refuse  the application after the appeal has being allowed,  you can repeat  appeal within 30 days.

NOTE
CIC=citizenship and Immigration Canada
IAD=Immigration Appeal Division
IRB=Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada
